RCSFDM partners with the Department of Education on “Filipino On Time”The Filipino On time is a signature project of RC SFDM in RY 1994-1995, and is an awareness campaign on the value of punctuality. The campaign became the guiding principle among Club members in the conduct of their respective businesses.  In RY 1996-1997, the project was adopted as a District Program and it emphasized punctuality in all Rotary meetings and dealings of Rotarians in their respective professions and businesses.

In 2007-2009 RC SDFM extended the program to organizations who are advocates of punctuality, evidenced by their reputation of timely delivery of quality goods and services, by recognizing them in the Club’s 1st Annual Filipino On Time Awards.

This Year, the Club plans to implement a value formation campaign in public high schools in Quezon City. It shall be used as a public image project to enhance the image of Rotary as a humanitarian service organization through seminars and print campaign (posters) and the development of punctuality evaluation modules where schools will be evaluated and given merits on their adherence to certain standards of punctuality in the conduct of their activities. Schools with  the best practices in punctuality shall be recognized during the Club’s Charter Anniversary on February 27, 2010.

The Club, jointly with the Department of Education, will conduct a Summit On Filipino On Time-   A Needs Assessment activity for the development of a punctuality evaluation module.  It shall be participated in by :
